**About the Role**

In this part-time (0.8 FTE), permanent role, you will play a key role in providing high-level project support, administration, and oversight to drive the success of key initiatives. Your focus will include delivering projects related to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and education, such as transforming the Formal Education Course and implementing the Cultural Safety Training Plan.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing project activities, creating detailed plans, tracking progress through comprehensive reporting, and providing vital support to the committees and working groups governing these strategic projects.

**What You'll Bring**
- Proven experience in leading and coordinating projects with a proactive and independent approach to project administration, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team or autonomously.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with College staff, committees, working groups, and external agencies.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes that exceed expectations in project delivery.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate project goals and updates to stakeholders, team members, and working groups.
- A solid understanding of risk mitigation, situational assessment, and governance to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Willingness to work on weekends and travel as required to support project activities and managers.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in training and development, education, healthcare, or a related field, or significant experience in project management, planning, analysis, evaluation, and reporting.
- Familiarity with medical education, regulatory agencies, or the Australasian healthcare context is highly desirable.
- Australian or New Zealand citizen or holds the right to work in Australia.

- Competitive salary range of $65,363-$81,755 (inclusive of superannuation and leave loading).
- A hybrid working arrangement: 2 days in the office and 2 days from home.
- A free paid day off each month for full-time staff, with pro-rata benefits for part-time staff.
- Gender-neutral paid parental leave of 12 weeks for both primary and secondary caregivers.
