**About the Role**
In this part-time (0.8 FTE), fixed-term 12-month role, you will provide high-level project support, administration, and planning to ensure the successful delivery of key education projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing activities related to the accreditation of RANZCP training programs, implementing recommendations from the National Health Practitioner Ombudsman (NHPO), and accrediting Certificates of Advanced Training.
Key duties include developing and managing detailed project plans, monitoring progress, preparing comprehensive reports, and providing critical support to the committees and working groups overseeing these strategic initiatives.
**What You'll Bring**
- Proven experience in leading and coordinating projects with a proactive and independent approach to project administration, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team or autonomously.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with College staff, committees, working groups, and external agencies.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes that exceed expectations in project delivery.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate project goals and updates to stakeholders, team members, and working groups.
- A solid understanding of risk mitigation, situational assessment, and governance to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Willingness to work on weekends and travel as required to support project activities and managers.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in training and development, education, healthcare, or a related field, or significant experience in project management, planning, analysis, evaluation, and reporting.
- Familiarity with medical education, regulatory agencies, or the Australasian healthcare context is highly desirable.
- Australian or New Zealand citizenship or the right to work in Australia.

- Competitive salary range of $65,363-$81,755 (inclusive of superannuation and leave loading).
