About the role
As our CPD Project Officer, you’ll support CPD operations by managing communications, IT platforms and stakeholder support. Reporting to the CPD Project Manager, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and CPD providers to ensure smooth and efficient CPD delivery. This includes maintaining dashboards, updating content, and creating eDMs, surveys, and marketing materials.
**As our CPD Projects Officer, you'll also**:
Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to access to online CPD dashboards, ensuring content integrity and updating forms/text as needed.
Manage the content updates for iMIS or other relevant databases, including recording and maintaining member registers.
Support the creation, testing, and review of communications, including eDMs, surveys, and marketing materials, while ensuring the approval process is accurately followed.
Assist the CPD Project Manager with administrative tasks, user testing, and organizing CPD meetings, ensuring smooth implementation of projects and programs.
Skills & Experience
Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, and meet deadlines while working independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with employees, management, and stakeholders at all levels, and demonstrating customer-focused communication.
Ability to analyse and troubleshoot technical IT issues, combined with high-level computer literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management.
Strong attention to detail in proofreading, editing, and writing customer-focused content, with experience in service delivery or IT helpdesk support.
