**About the Role**:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Liaise between the parents, carers and other community members and the school, to achieve a suitable outcome and resolution of relevant issues.
- Foster open effective communication, and develop relationships to enhance the likelihood of resolution of concerns between parents, carers, other community members and school personnel.
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of paperwork associated with parents, carers and other community members' contact with schools ensuring appropriate finalisation of record keeping process.
- Review progress, report on various projects, trends and action items and undertake investigation, research and analysis of sensitive and confidential matters.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in correspondence and administrative documents, assisting with the development of efficient and effective record keeping processes and reviews across the Education Services team.
- Encourage an environment across the Education Services team in which high quality services are delivered by continually seeking improvements in administrative systems and processes.
