**About the Role**

Due to the acquisition of new contracts and continued business growth we have an immediate requirement for an experienced Site Administrator and Community Liaison Officer to join our client based in their office in the Brisbane Southern Suburb.

**An overview is the below**:

- Provide administrative support to the Project team on a day-to-day basis
- Manage the Site Office and Facilities
- Enter and approve invoices to the system
- Accounts Payable
- Answering and directing community enquiries on the projects
- Assisting with preparing notices, flyers, and engagement activities
- General office administration

**About You**
- With a minimum of 5 years of proven exposure in Community/Communications
- Qualifications in Communications or studying towards (i.e. Certificate IV in Marketing and Communications, Diploma in Marketing and Communications or Certificate IIII course etc.)
- Experience with systems such as JDE and Adobe/Bluebeam will be highly regarded.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and enjoys working as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills
