This is our vision for the future and by 2030, we aim to create this generational change in Australia’s mental health. **Job Description**: **_ ABOUT THE ROLE:_** We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Account Executive to oversee all aspects of entry and cold sales within the Commercial team. In this role, you will be the first point of initial connection between leads and Smiling Mind by proactively engaging with cold leads and potential customers to convert leads to sales. This will include making outbound sales calls to individuals, companies and/or education providers who may or may not be familiar with Smiling Mind and our product. Reporting to the Head of Commercial and Philanthropy, it will be the Account Executives role to create a positive first impression, effectively communicate our value proposition of products and services, and ultimately secure sales opportunities or set appointments for the commercial team where larger deals exist. **Please note, this is a hybrid role on a 2 year max-term contract.** **Qualifications**: **_ ABOUT YOU:_** - Prior experience in successfully driving and closing sales. - Demonstrated experience in sales, coordinating priorities, reporting and analysing individual results. - Demonstrated high level written communication skills and the ability to communicate in various writing styles. - Demonstrated digital sales experience. - Proven experience in regularly closing cold leads into entry sales. - Proven experience building relationships and successfully converting leads into >$2K clients. - Proven experience in forming and managing relationships with clients / partners / accounts - Excellent oral communication and sales presentation skills, including the capacity to present to diverse groups of people, cold call, and virtual sales. - Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively and develop good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. - Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills. - Ability to multi-task and priorities across a diverse portfolio or work. - A problem solver who is always looking for opportunities to improve and learn. - Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
