As they continue to expand their global reach, they are seeking a forward-thinking Marketing Specialist to spearhead the business's digital marketing efforts.

As the company's first Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the company's growth journey. You'll leverage your digital marketing experience to conceptualize, execute, and optimize strategic marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand visibility, driving customer acquisition, and expanding market presence beyond Australian borders. Due to the boutique size of the company, you'll collaborate with all key stakeholders to achieve business objectives and drive results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns across international markets, capitalizing on your expertise in diverse regions.
- Craft compelling and targeted content strategies to engage and educate our audience.
- Analyze data and metrics to optimize campaign performance, delivering continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Marketer with a focus on digital marketing (highly desirable MT5 Broker experience).
- Some exposure in executing and optimizing international digital campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Passion for the financial industry and trading landscape.
