**About the Company**

RFM manages approximately $2.0 billion of agricultural assets on behalf of retail and institutional investors including the $1.6 billion ASX-listed Rural Funds Group (RFF). RFM has a depth of experience accumulated over 26 years owning, developing, and operating Australian farmland, agricultural infrastructure, and other assets in the almond, poultry, macadamia, cattle, cropping, viticulture, and water sectors. Assets are located throughout New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, and Victoria.

RFM employs over 220 staff and seeks to maximise returns through its experienced management team including specialist fund managers, finance professionals, horticulturists, agronomists, and other agricultural managers. **About the opportunity**

We have an opportunity for an Investor Services Manager to oversee the investor services functions, primarily relating to RFF. This role is based in our head office in Canberra, with the option to work from home each Wednesday.

Reporting to the General Manager - Investor Relations, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability, you will be responsible for:

- managing the investor services inbox and phone line and responding to all investor queries
- coordinating investor statements quarterly (dividends and exits) and annually (periodic and tax)
- processing quarterly investor distributions and dealing with withheld payments
- preparing or contributing to ad-hoc investor communications and corporate actions
- management of the external unit registry provider, including quality control, relationship management, reporting and compliance obligations
- managing one direct report for Investor Services functions, and general office administration requirements

working closely with the Communications and Marketing team to provide first-class communications and service to our investors.

**Requirements**:
**About you**
- You may have experience from the financial planning or banking industry.
- You have RG146 certification and ideally have tertiary qualifications in finance, business or communications.
- You understand investment products with strong financial and MS Excel skills.
- You can demonstrate relationship building skills, such as overseeing a small team, working with internal stakeholders or in a client-based role.
- You will have experience drafting written correspondence for external publications and have a strong attention to detail.
- You can demonstrate both empathy and persuasiveness while being comfortable regularly working to critical deadlines.
