What this job involves
We are seeking a professional Guest Services Ambassador to work onsite with our client, a multinational software corporation. In this key role, you will be first point of contact for all clients and visitors.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations
Ensure prompt operation of the switchboard and that all phone queries are directed to the correct customer service people
Meet and greet clients promptly and contact staff member via phone to advise of guest’s arrival
Book meeting rooms as requested
On-site key point of contact for Facilities in the client’s premises
Ensure that all stationary order and supplies are maintained as required
Ensure prompt and accurate management of purchase orders in JDE, as required

To be successful, you’ll have a positive personality with a can-do attitude, and you are passionate about providing excellent customer service You will be a motivated self-starter and will have the ability to work autonomously. You will also have an eye for detail and possess a can-do attitude. Superior client service is key to success in this role
