On the job training will be provided to the right person. **Job duties and responsibilities include**: - Review, filling and amending client documents to ensure acceptance by relevant organisations - Preparing documentation as per company guidelines and procedures - monitor and maintain client records to ensure deadlines are met - Update client information through company web portal daily - Liaise with relevant organisations and suppliers to maintain and update information - perform quality assurance and preparation checks of documentation as per company guidelines and procedures - Delivery duties in company vehicle - general administrative duties **Selection Criteria**: - Demonstrated professionalism in the workplace - Initiative to progress tasks with mínimal supervision and ability to seek direction as needed - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated customer service skills - Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently - Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel - Accurate data entry skills - Demonstrated ability to multi-task, and to work individually, as well as part of a team - Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures necessary for completion of tasks - Industry related experience is preferred but not essential **Benefits**: - Permanent full-time position - Great location within Inner-South of Canberra - Free parking less than 1 minute walk from office. - Well established company with regional offices - Room to grow in business - Work for one of the leading travel and export facilitation companies in Australia - Trained by experienced team members - Salary plus super To Apply: Please click the "Apply" icon and attach your resume cover letter addressing the selection criteria.
