RFM manages approximately $2.0 billion of agricultural assets on behalf of retail and institutional investors. RFM has a depth of experience accumulated over 25 years owning, developing and operating Australian farmland, agricultural infrastructure and other assets. Sector experience includes almonds, poultry, macadamias, cattle, cropping, viticulture and water. Assets are located throughout New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia and Victoria.


RFM employs over 180 staff and seeks to maximise returns through its experienced management team including specialist fund managers, finance professionals, horticulturists, agronomists and other agricultural managers. **About the opportunity**

We have an opportunity for a permanent Marketing and Communications Officer to provide support in relation to internal and external publications. The role could be either fulltime or part time but a minimum of four days is required, although these could be part days. We are seeking someone to provide support with graphic design, layout and design of presentations, production of newsletters, manage social media, manage the website and creation of marketing collateral.

Reporting to the Communications Manager you will:

- Provide graphic design expertise across all RFM publications
- Assist with maintaining websites and RFM’s LinkedIn account
- Layout documents in Adobe InDesign
- Administrative tasks such as coordinating printing of corporate material, business cards, etc
- Maintain and promote the consistent use of branding and adherence to the style guide across all external communications
- Assist, or where necessary, oversee the production of:

- high quality presentations and key corporate documents such biannual newsletter, offer documents and other publications for ASX and/or NSX release
- monthly e-newsletters to investors and financial advisers which include the production of short format video content using Adobe Premiere software
- monthly e-newsletters for internal distribution
- presentations and other communications for unlisted funds
- Adhere to, or where necessary be responsible for, the RFM Publications Policy process and/or verification approval process for all RFM publications
- Assist with proofing, updating and data entry of other general corporate documentation

**Requirements**:
You will be professionally presented, team oriented, self-directed, have good interpersonal skills, and a friendly disposition. If you hold formal qualifications in communication, marketing, business, finance, or commerce, you will be highly regarded.

To be successful in this position, you will require:

- Excellent written communication skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Strong ICT literacy skills, in particular Adobe Premier, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
