**Sales & Marketing Manager for Cosmetic and Personal Care.**

BSB Pacific (Beyond Skin Beauty), is an established and growing Australian privately owned global company, located 20km North of Melbourne in Campbellfield. We are both brand owners and contract manufacture a wide range of skincare, cosmetic, personal care products for Start Up’s to PLC’s under strict GMP standards.

Sales and Marketing Managers primary responsibility is to promote and sell organisations services and products, perpetually finding unique ways to engage and increase audience size and clients. The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for managing clients locally and globally, or he/she may be allocated a particular section of the market, products/services or client base. While focusing on the importance of excellent communication, marketing, presentation skills, self-motivation, leadership and a proven history of success.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:
Build and maintaining client relations

Manage and work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply

Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets

Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition

Follow organisational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department

Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities

Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions

Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times

**Requirements**:
While It’s not essential to hold formal qualification in Business and Marketing, it is an advantage.

At least 5 years’ experience in similar roles or industry are considered of great value.

Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills

High-level proficiency with MS Office programs

Capacity to work independently

Passion and drive

**Salary**: from $75,000 plus Superannuation minimum depending on experience.

Location: Campbellfield, Victoria

Hours: Full time (38 hours per week)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
