**About the role**
- Developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility and drive growth.
- Planning and executing exciting retail activations, product launches, and in-store or digital events.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with brand partners, negotiating impactful collaborations.
- Managing influencer partnerships—from sourcing to strategy—to boost engagement and reach.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform data-driven marketing decisions.
- Collaborating across teams to ensure brand consistency across all campaigns and content.
- Leading media relations and communication strategies to support marketing efforts.
- Maintaining full control of marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Driving integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
- Overseeing end-to-end planning and execution of marketing events and activations.
- Managing influencer campaigns aligned with brand goals, while tracking their performance.
- Creating engaging content strategies to support brand storytelling.
- Monitoring trends, consumer behaviour, and market shifts to adapt strategies.
- Coordinating all media relations and external communications.

**Qualification and Experience**

A minimum of 1.5 yr experience is required.

**Work Type**: Full time

**Work Location**: In-person at Campbellfield office, may need to do field visits occasionally.

**Pay**: As specified plus superannuation

Pay: $80,028.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Campbellfield VIC 3061: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Masters Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing Specialist: 1 year (preferred)
