**About the Role**
We are a fun, energetic and talented team looking for someone who can help keep our current members engaged with our _awesome _services, identify and reach out to other WA businesses who may need our help.

Key tasks include, but are not limited to:

- Delivering high-level customer relationship management that promotes service excellence and customer retention
- Developing and maintaining a target list of prospective Members
- Manage ongoing relationships with existing members and prospective members
- Assist with administration and queries relating to member services
- Identify member needs and develop opportunities to cross and up-sell suitable CCIWA products and services
- Collaborating with CCIWA business units to update product knowledge and share new initiatives and engagement opportunities for members
- Utilising the CRM to document and manage pipelines, member interactions and improve data quality

This role has become available and is for a full-time basis - _Perfect for you._

**About you**
You will be a confident person, ready to pick up the phone and engage with the person on the other end instantly. You'll be driven by reaching KPI's and helping WA businesses.

We need anyone with a:

- Proven ability to professionally interact with internal and external customers with the ability to build rapport rapidly
- Proven experience in business development and in a sales team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Driven and self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems as they arise
- Energetic and enthusiastic, we operate at a high intensity, with a high level of personal accountability
