ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Member Engagement Manager who can bring strong customer experience expertise, event delivery knowledge and strong relationship management experience to support and deliver on innovative ways we engage with our members.

Your success in managing and delivering events and initiatives, including providing support for governance in WA will be paramount. You will enjoy building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally. You will be part of a team that is the WA face of CAANZ, liaising with members and assisting in building and executing strategic initiatives to cater to member needs. You will use your ability to initiate and coordinate sponsorship and commercial/business partnership opportunities.

This is a permanent, full-time role with an amazing team that forms part of our wider Trans-Tasman team. Our team forms part of an incredibly collaborative culture offering opportunities for involvement in projects and innovative initiatives, in addition to our local membership delivery.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Managing and delivering events and initiatives
- A Leadership role in the Member Engagement team
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing regional communication including social media
- Salesforce case management and reporting

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a self-starter with a can-do attitude who wants to take ownership and is passionate about delivering world class member experiences. To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate:

- Proven background in event and/or office management
- Advanced relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Impeccable problem solving, organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to juggle time-sensitive priorities
- Ability to be agile and adaptable in a transformational environment
