ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting time for our WA Member Engagement team as we look forward to delivering on our strategy of ‘world class member experience’ for our members. We are seeking a person skilled and experienced in events and/or communications who can bring strong customer experience expertise, event delivery knowledge and strong relationship management experience to support and deliver on innovative ways we engage with our members.

This is a permanent role with an amazing WA Member Engagement team and forms part of our wider Trans-Tasman team. Our team forms part of a collaborative culture offering opportunities for involvement in projects and innovative initiatives, in addition to our local membership delivery.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- End-to-end face-to-face, virtual and hybrid events
- Creating marketing materials and campaigns
- Managing and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinating our regional social media activation and member communication
- Supporting local governance and member community groups and committees
- Member enquiries, interactions, and engagement
- Utilising salesforce case management, reporting, and monitoring

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a self-starter with a can-do attitude who wants to take ownership and is passionate about delivering exceptional initiatives and events. To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate:

- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within corporate or hospitality environment
- Experience in organising events, including planning, logistics, sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, vendor management and communications
- Relationship management with both internal and external partners
- Impeccable problem solving, organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to juggle time-sensitive priorities
- Ability to be agile and adaptable in a transformational environment
