The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Reporting to the People Partner – Advisory Lead, you will provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and best practices. We currently have 2 Full Time opportunities available on a12 Month Maximum Term contract basis. Both positions will work across our West Perth and Joondalup offices.* Providing interpretation and advice to Leaders regarding HR policies, procedures and processes* Providing assistance to employees in relation to general HR enquiries* Reviewing and processing of people tasks through the HR system (Workday)* Assist with the resolution of employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.* Manage employee data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.* Assist with the administration of HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, training and development, and employee engagement.* Stay informed of changes to employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.* Collaborate with HR colleagues and other departments to support the achievement of organisational goals and objectives.**What are we looking for in*** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.* Previous experience in an HR role, with a focus on employee relations and advisory services.* Proven ability to support and coach front line leaders through complex performance and conduct issues within a high-volume operational environment.* Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.* Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.* Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.* A workplace culture where our people feel valued, respected and empowered* Work in flexible ways that meet work/life commitments and support wellbeing* Be part of a purpose led organisation that gives back to the WA community* An environment that values ongoing career development* Free Roadside Assistance and discounts on RAC products and services including Holiday Parks and Resorts, Security, Finance, Auto Services and Insurance* Opportunities for community engagement and corporate volunteering**Applications Close COB Friday 7th November.** W*e encourage you to apply as soon as possible, as RAC reserves the right to close this vacancy without notice.***#BetterJourneysRAC****#LI-LH1**RAC is a purpose-led member organisation.Established in 1905, RAC has evolved into one of the most trusted organisations in the state, with more than 1.3 million members.
