**About the Role**

This role is responsible for working with stakeholders across the organisation to support the creation of integrated and engaging communication activity. Your work will support a consistent and clear strategic narrative that resonates with employees and empowers leaders to own and drive communications. This role will work closely with peers conducting similar work for other parts of the business to help ensure strategic messaging and channel alignment.

**Duties**

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as _a _**Strategic Communications Lead** you will:

- Work with key stakeholders to develop communication strategies that support icare’s business strategy and connects all employees to our vision, purpose and values.
- Develop and deliver integrated, engaging internal communications, including events and experiences that amplifies your message and desired outcomes.
- Work closely with the People & Culture team to develop and execute content, tools and forums that complement icare’s leadership development program and support and enable leader-led communication.
- Writes strategic enterprise messages on behalf of senior leaders.
- Provide strategic communications advice to executive and senior leaders across the business.

**Skills & Experience**
- 5+ years in developing and implementing communications strategies to internal audiences.
- 3+ years writing and developing content that drives culture, engagement and change.
- Experience delivering engaging employee events.
- Strong project management experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing internal focused communications strategies and products.
- Experience working with a variety of stakeholders ranging in from front line staff to executives.
- Experience developing communication plans relating to culture, engagement or change management.
