CyberCX is Australia’s leading independent cyber security consultancy organisation. To continue delivering a world-class service to our clients, we are looking for a passionate Strategic Delivery Lead to join our Service Delivery team.

The Strategic Delivery Lead will bring strategic focus to complex client engagements and is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, service delivery, contract conformance and strategic growth. In addition, the Strategic Delivery Lead will be responsible for assisting the Manager of Service Governance to design and deliver strategic outcomes associated with the delivery of services and customer advocacy.

**In this role, you will**:

- Act as the national champion for strategic service governance and escalation point for MSS strategic portfolio of services
- Assist Manager MSS Service Governance with delivering strategic governance improvement initiatives
- Act as a Senior Service Delivery manager for nominated customer accounts
- Develop and maintain relationships both internally and externally to ensure the effective delivery of Managed Security Services
- Ensure the delivery of accurate Service Delivery reports to your clients/for your client projects in accordance with the Service Governance reporting framework
- Responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of Managed Services in accordance with the CyberCX Service Governance framework
- Ensure that KPIs and SLAs applicable to the Managed Services agreements for assigned customer accounts are met
- Act as a single point of escalation for assigned customer accounts
- Actively collaborate across CyberCX and continuously look for ways to add value. Facilitate communication, partnerships, and cross pollination across the business to allow teams to better engage and service customers

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Business Administration are preferred
- Considerable experience in governance, service delivery and executive client management
- Experience in a similar level of role, with particular focus on information technology and cyber security
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with an ability to build collaboration, rapport and credibility with senior leaders and internal working teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate information into creative solutions to benefit the business
- Outstanding organisation and planning skills with the ability to work on multiple deliverables and to lead a cross-functional team
- Able to think strategically about partnership opportunities and solutions
