This company is a market leader in their field and known for the quality of their products. With a rich history this family-owned organization has been experiencing sustained growth and are now looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to come and join the team on a permanent part time basis. Located in Richmond you would be working in a small and high performing team.

**Role**

This part time role is business-critical, and you will be working closely with the Head of Finance and the Directors. Key to your success in this role will be your ability to multitask, work in different projects and communicate effectively across all levels of the business.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Processing and creating monthly payment claims
- Weekly and Monthly payment runs for multiple projects
- Bank and credit card reconciliations across multiple entities
- Data entry
- Assist with month end processes and reporting
- Adhoc reporting as requested
- Preparation of compliance and tax documentation i.e BAS FBT and Payroll Tax
- Other duties as requested

**Skills and Experience Required**

To be considered for this role you will have strong communication skills and have the ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a broader team, in addition you will also require the following:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience working in either the construction industry or a project-based company
- High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Proven experience performing complex reconciliations
- You will also be a motivated self-starter and a confident communicator
- A qualification in accounting would be an advantage
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in the accounting field
