**About the role**

Our client is looking for a passionate and professional to join their high performing team. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Office & Administration Assistant role is responsible for handling various clerical and administrative duties, across finance, payroll and HR, along with ensuring smooth operations of the general office environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

Working as part of a vibrant and dynamic administration function, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Office Management
- Receive visitors and answer the phones
- Coordinate meetings, functions, and catering if required
- Manage maintenance and tenancy issues
- Provide secretarial support to Senior Leadership Team
- Manage travel bookings

Accounting Support
- Reconcile company credit cards
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Assist finance team with EOFY audit
- Support AP/AR function

HR Support
- Back up to the payroll function
- Assist the HR Manager with administration duties

**Key Experience and Skills**
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated emotional maturity and professional integrity
- Demonstrates and promotes professional standards of behavior and presentation
- High standards of accuracy & precision, highly organized
- Able to follow work instructions and manage time
- Demonstrates humility and eagerness to learn
- Demonstrates ability to work through and solve problems.
- Acts with integrity in communications with internal and external customers
- Moderate skills in MS Suite of Products, particularly excel.
- Experience using a payroll or accounting software useful
