Your Duties/responsibilities will be:

- Daily and weekly production planning and reporting
- Oversee team members
- Ensuring a safe environment
- Quality control
- Human resources and recruitment processes
- Daily and weekly meetings with teams
- Develop and maintain relationships with peers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure up to date training and verification of competency requirements
- Proactively identify and implement improvement opportunities that align with the strategic safety direction
- Prepare reports and analysis

PERSOKELLY is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to work for a leading Australian Food Manufacturing Plant based in the Stapylton, Yatala area. This role is to assist in managing the day-to-day operational functions within the Production area and to deliver the objectives and KPI's set by the business.
- Excellent Salary on offer
- Sunday to Thursday shift
- Based at Staplyton

**Your Duties/responsibilities will be**:

- Prepare reports and analysis

**The successful applicant will possess the following**:

- Proven experience in Production Management, FMCG preferably
- Sound knowledge of and experience of continuous improvement
- Technical and working knowledge of production processes
- Ability to develop strong, productive partnerships and engage key stakeholders
- Logical and lateral thinking skills with capacity for innovation
- Hours of work, Sunday to Thursday - Sun start between 7am-9am / Mon-Thurs start 5am
