We are currently hiring individuals to join our team as Production Workers. In these roles, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse and manufacturing operations by ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of products and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

For Production Workers:

  • Operate machinery and equipment as needed for the production process.
  • Assemble and package products according to production guidelines.
  • Monitor machinery for any issues and perform basic maintenance tasks.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leaders.
  • Participate in training and development programs as needed.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to lift and move packages or objects as needed.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
