ECP Polyurethanes is a leading manufacturer in the polyurethane industry, specializing high wear components in the mining sector. We are committed to innovation, quality, and sustainability, and pride ourselves on delivering world-class products to our clients across various sectors.
We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and oversee daily operations at our polyurethane production facility. This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficient, safe, and timely manufacturing of polyurethane products.
Coordinate with planning, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to meet production goals.
Monitor production parameters and equipment performance; initiate corrective actions as needed.
Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Train, mentor, and evaluate production operators.
Troubleshoot issues in the production line related to raw materials, mixing, moulding, or curing processes.
Maintain accurate records of production metrics and shift reports.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory role.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
