The Coordinator Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) will support the Manager, HSW in the development and implementation of the Bank’s health, safety and wellbeing framework and provide support and advice to the business in aspects of HSW. This includes risk management, incident response, HSW reporting and contributing to proactive engagement and well-being initiatives designed to minimise the risk to the health and safety of the Bank’s employees, contractors, and customers and visitors.

**What you will be doing**

- Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and HSW documentation
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and contribute to incident and injury reduction
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel to various Bank sites as required
