- Become a fully autonomous technician that is a national expert in servicing these machines.

**About CDK Stone and The Role**

For over 35 years, CDK Stone has been an industry leader in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of a wide range of industrial CNC machinery. Our reputation is not only due to the high-end machinery and quality service we provide, but also our ability to train, support and develop people from outside the industry. You’ll add significant value by:

- Developing your skills and knowledge across a broad range of machines and across a number of industry brands, including; GMM, Burkhardt and Thibaut to name a few.
- Performing regular routine maintenance checks throughout the Greater Melbourne area and Sydney.
- Executing the installation process from pre-site inspection, overseeing the delivery of machines, assembling the machines through to training end users
- Conducting root cause analysis, fault-finding and diagnosing efficient solutions to machine breakdowns
- Acting as a key point of contact for the customer, you will represent the brand and communicate with key stakeholders from production managers to stonemasons

**About You**
- Whilst you have enjoyed your time in warehousing and learned some valuable skills, you are looking to take that next step in your career and learn about a new industry. Working with machinery is something that has always interested you and are looking to receive structured training and mentoring to help you progress your career.
- Whether its pick packing a high volume of orders or completing a daily cycle count, you always demonstrate initiative by making sure things are done correctly and on time. If you notice another staff member struggling with orders or notice a certain product is out of stock, you go out of your way to solve the problem.
- At the moment you are spending a lot of time in the warehouse and are looking for a change of scenery. The idea of travelling to different client sites appeals to you because it gives you a greater sense of freedom and means that no day is ever the same.

**Selection Criteria**

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to be able to tick the list below.
- Have an interest in a hands-on role working with machinery.
- Current and unrestricted driver’s licence.
