**What's on offer?**:
You will be responsible for:

- Detailed checking of construction plans
- Preparing submissions to water authorities for PIC's, build over easements, sewer tie cut backs
- Preparing submissions consisting of plans and colour selections for approval from land developers
- Preparing submissions to building surveyor for building permits

**What can you bring?**:
We are looking for an experienced Approvals Administrator with:

- Previous experience in the construction industry in a similar role
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent customer service, with clear and concise communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate initiative
- Excellent time management skills
