**About Us**: **About the role **An exciting opportunity currently exists for Compliance Officer Retail at Wesfarmers Health. You will play a key role in guaranteeing adherence to regulations, internal policies, and legal standards for our products, with a focus on Private Label and Clear Skincare Clinics. You will also support Category Management, Wholesale, Ethical and Marketing teams, spanning across Priceline, Soul Pattinson, Pharmacist Advice, and Priceline Pharmacy stores." **The responsibilities for this role include: - Provide advice and guidance to relevant functions on compliance matters, including Australian mandatory standards, trade measurement, electrical safety, APVMA and other relevant standards/regulations - Assist in the development of training and workshops to ensure compliance obligations and processes are well understood across the functional teams - Review all adverting material and ensure it is approved for compliance purposes with all relevant laws and regulations, specifically Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). - Action recalls/withdrawals as per Recall Policy/Procedure. **About the Role**: - Retail and/or franchise experience highly desirable - Strong organisational and process skills - Ability to conceptualise and communicate processes clearly. - High attention to detail with excellent time management skills - A commitment to excellence and understanding of compliance requirements. - Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously. - Able to work in an influential and collaborative manner.
