Customer Service Manager, Parts Equipment

**The Role**
An exciting newly formed role has arisen for a driven and customer focused applicant to lead our Customer Service team. In this role you will be responsible for leading and supporting the customer service team while providing frontline support to customers and the sales team.
**Responsibilities**
- Providing leadership and direction to the Customer Service team, parts equipment
- Developing and implementing of Customer Service standards and SOPs
- Talking with customers, promoting products, receiving orders, processing credit notes and providing product advice in order to facilitate, maximize and sustain sales
- Evaluating logistics data for customer stock allocations
- Ensuring excellence in customer care at the pre, during and post purchase stage of the sales process
- Entering and maintaining new and existing customer and sales data in the SAP system
- Assisting with Spare Parts pricing and programming
**Skills & Experience**
- Experience managing a customer service team
- SAP experience is highly desirable
- Background in Machinery or irrigation desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers
