You will work with our customers to provide service excellence, administration support and enquiry management in line with Australian Unity’s values and goals.

**We have two full time ongoing roles available**:
Administration - Collections team:

- Data entry, working from excel reports
- Customer service, answering inbound calls
- Mail sorting and banking

Adminstration - Banking & reconciliations:

- Banking and allocations
- Excel work (Pivot & VLookup)
- Reconciliations, Accounts Receivable
- Working with numbers

**About You**
- Experience working in a fast-paced Administration role (essential)
- Excel skills (VLOOKUP and pivot tables) (essential)
- Excellent customer service skills and proven ability to deliver a consistent high level of service(essential)
- Proven administration experience within a collections, accounting OR banking setting (essential)
- Experience processing a high volume of work whilst maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organised and can use your initiative working autonomously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A positive mind set and flexible approach to work and tackling issues
