**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaise with clients to collect documents, provide updates, and manage enquiries.
- Coordinate communication between clients, internal teams, and external bodies.
- Maintain accurate client files, records, and compliance requirements.
- Track case progress, deadlines, and policy changes.
- Provide administrative support to Migration Agents and Managers.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience in migration services, legal, or administrative support (preferred).
- Strong communication and client service skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
