**What We Have on Offer**
We are seeking an experienced Collections Officer on a full-time permanent basis to ensure the timely collection and maintenance of delinquent accounts through controlled policy, processes and legislative requirements.

This role can be based out of our offices in Parramatta, North Sydney or Melbourne where we offer hybrid working, a blend of office and WFH to support collaboration and work/life balance.

**About You**
**To succeed in this role, you’ll have**:

- At least two-years’ experience in a Collections role
- Experience working in a Contact Centre environment
- Ability to work a rotating roster of 8am to 4:30pm and 9:30am to 6pm on a fortnightly basis
- Aptitude for learning, and to quickly understand and use systems and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong customer service ethic
- Persistence and resilience to have challenging conversations and negotiate when needed
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, and be a problem solver and solution provider
- High quality standards of work whilst maintaining turnaround times
- The desire to be a team-player and contribute to our unique and positive culture
