A great opportunity to join one of Sydney most respectful dealerships in the role of Service Trainee Administrator.

In this role you will be learn to assist and support the Service Manager, Service Advisors, Retention Team and the Service Receptionist.

On job training and fully supported by our Service Team.

The overall responsibility of this position is to be the first point of contact for guests to the dealership as well as handling all incoming phone calls.
- Act as the first point of contact for anyone visiting the dealership
- Answering phone enquiries and directing calls and messages accordingly
- Booking vehicles in for service
- Providing administrative support including the typing of any correspondence required including SAP reports
- Assist Daily banking
- Advising guests vehicle collection availability
- Contact guests, re: Service bookings
- General clerical duties
- Maintaining a safe and healthy workplace
- Contribute to building a positive team spirit
- Providing high level guest service to the dealership guests
- Demonstrate behaviours that align with company policies, organisational values and the Toyota Way
- Other duties as required

**To be considered, you will have the following**:

- Recent School graduate
- Enjoy interacting with people and have a commitment to assist and the ability to build rapport
- Excellent communication skills
- Immaculate presentation
- Polite and friendly phone manner
- Demonstrate initiative with a can-do attitude and have a proactive approach
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office
