**About the role**:
We are excited to welcome compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to our team. In this fulfilling role, you will play a vital part in helping our clients preserve their independence, safely navigate their own homes, and actively participate in their communities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized 1:1 or group support for daily activities.
- Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Foster independence and community involvement through social outings and activities.
- Advocate for the rights and well-being of those you support.
- Build meaningful connections and create a supportive, nurturing environment.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- CPR Certification (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
