**Sales Support Coordinator**

The primary responsibility of the Sales Support Coordinator is to support the ANZ Sales & Key Account Management team with the implementation and execution of strategies developed at a national business unit level that promote growth across the Companion Animal Business Unit with nominated key customers.

Of critical importance to the successful execution of this role is the coordination and delivery of key outcomes for the business and its key customers. This is achieved through sound project management together with the sales & key account management team of strategic activities agreed internally and or with customers, that will drive business growth that delivers on the strategic imperatives of the Companion Animal Business Unit.

Key activities will include advertising and promotional funding support and tracking, KPI management, event planning and agreement management.

The Sales Support Coordinator sits within the Animal Health Sales organisation and reports to National Sales & Key Accounts Lead ANZ, Companion Animals.

**What You Will Do**

**Responsibilities include, however not limited to**:
**Business Support**
- Provide day-to-day support to the sales & key account management team on key activities.
- Ensure customer trading terms are managed and implemented in an appropriate time frame.
- Acts as a liaison between Sales and Marketing, Customer Support, Legal, Finance and Customer Operations teams providing a single point of contact for all sales-related processes.
- Provide support to Key Account Managers around key rebate, discount and invoicing policies, working with finance team to review, track and record.
- Coordinate tracking and monitoring of new accounts, program participation, and key account information.

**Event Planning**
- Coordinate with Key Account Managers on the logistics and timing of customer events.
- Plan and coordinate with marketing on input for key events and customer events.
- Assist the regional sales teams in the pre-sales cycle planning process with key selling messages and tracking of agreed activities.
- Prepares materials for cycle meetings, conferences, and customer related appointments and services.

**What You Must Have**
- Relevant tertiary qualification (business, marketing or business administration qualification preferred)
- A high level of attention to detail and sales proficiency
- Excellent organizational skills and project management skills, ability to work independently and with a team
- A sound understanding of key account management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including presentations
- Excellent ability to communicate with internal stakeholders
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & Word)
- Prior relevant experience in a related environment
- Ability to follow corporate policies and processes
