Competitive salary and employee discount across LUCAS venues About the Opportunity: - Demonstrated restaurant management experience in a premium dining environment - Experience as a host in a premium restaurant is essential - Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication - Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations - Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively - Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude - Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations - Excellent attention to detail - Outstanding time management - Experience with Seven Rooms, Guest Centre, OpenTable, Table Check, ResPAK or similar - Full time availability including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts About Society: Grand yet intimate, Society has 180-degree views over Collins and Exhibitions Streets encompassing distinctly dining experiences - the Society dining room, customised private dining, the Lillian Terrace and a luxurious lounge bar with each space remaining independent in menu offerings.
