We are looking for a Head of Guest Experience to lead our team in delivering guests with the best-in-class experience.

- Do you have experience working as a Host or management position in a premium dining venue? Competitive salary and employee discount across LUCAS venues

About the Opportunity:

- Demonstrated restaurant management experience in a premium dining environment
- Experience as a host in a premium restaurant is essential
- Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
- Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
- Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding time management
- Experience with Seven Rooms, Guest Centre, OpenTable, Table Check, ResPAK or similar
- Full time availability including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
