**About the Opportunity**:
We are looking for the industry’s finest Bar Supervisor to join our Bar team to deliver a best-in-class experience for both our guests and crew. You will ensure a high standard of service and bar operations.

**Main Role Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service at all times during service periods
- Ensure adequate glassware & equipment are maintained at all times
- Ensure bar areas are clean and presentable at all times
- Responsible for the delivery of service related to Training and Development programs, including induction plans, buddy shifts, and any other service related training.
- Address & resolve any bar-related issues and escalate to management as required
- Complete opening and/or closing duties as assigned, and ensure readiness of crew, equipment, stock, stations and floor for service.
- Experience as a Bar Supervisor or Head Bartender in a premium venue
- Strong knowledge in cocktails, beer and spirits
- Experience with ordering and stocktake is advantageous
- Exceptional service skills and guest focused
- Adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods
- Organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Must possess a valid RSA certificate
