About Society:
Grand yet intimate, Society has 180-degree views over Collins and Exhibition Streets encompassing distinct dining experiences - the Society dining room, customised private dining, the Lillian Terrace and a luxurious lounge bar with each space remaining independent in menu offerings. Situated at the centre of a globally recognised destination for fashion, the arts and commerce, combining international appeal with a distinctly Melbourne identity, the historic 80 Collins building will usher in a new era for Lucas Restaurants.

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for the industry's finest Waitstaff and Runners. Deliver a best-in-class experience for our guests.
- Experience as a section waitstaff or runner in a premium restaurant
- Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
- Adaptable and able to multi-task
- Passion for food and wine
- Outstanding time management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Professional presentation and strong communication
- Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
