Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery. You will have experience in a high-end restaurant environment, strong passion and knowledge of food & wine and genuine interest for hospitality. - Experience as a section waitstaff or runner in a premium restaurant - Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations - Adaptable and able to multi-task - Passion for food and wine - Outstanding time management - Excellent attention to detail - Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude - Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication - Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts About Society: Grand yet intimate, Society has 180-degree views over Collins and Exhibition Streets encompassing distinct dining experiences - the Society dining room, customised private dining, the Lillian Terrace and a luxurious lounge bar with each space remaining independent in menu offerings.
