Be the face of one of Melbourne’s most breath-taking dining rooms. Coordinate and communicate a multitude of elements within the restaurant. You will have experience in liaising with high-profile international clientele, immaculate presentation, and attention to detail. - Experience as a Host in a premium restaurant advantageous - Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication - Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations - Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively - Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude - Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations - Excellent attention to detail - Outstanding time management - Experience with Seven Rooms, Guest Centre, OpenTable, Table Check, ResPAK or similar - Full time availability including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts About Society: Grand yet intimate, Society has 180-degree views over Collins and Exhibition Streets encompassing distinct dining experiences - the Society dining room, customised private dining, the Lillian Terrace and a luxurious lounge bar with each space remaining independent in menu offerings.
