About Society:
Grand yet intimate, Society has 180-degree views over Collins and Exhibition Streets encompassing distinct dining experiences - the Society dining room, customised private dining, the Lillian Terrace and a luxurious lounge bar with each space remaining independent in menu offerings. Situated at the centre of a globally recognised destination for fashion, the arts and commerce, combining international appeal with a distinctly Melbourne identity, the historic 80 Collins building will usher in a new era for LUCAS Restaurants.

About the opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Host, who will be responsible for the first point of contact with our guests. The right person will be able to set the tone for our premium dining venue with ease and go about their evening duties with confidence and style.

Experience, skills and attributes:

- Experience as a Host in a premium restaurant advantageous
- Demonstrated experience in delivering outstanding service
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional presentation and grooming
- Outstanding time management and communication skills
- Experience in Seven Rooms, OpenTable, ResPAK or similar highly regarded
- Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- RSA certificate
