The Role
In this dynamic and key administrative position, you will oversee and manage the end-to-end workflow for residential property valuations. The hours will be from Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, on-site in the Leederville office.
Responsibilities will include:
- Valuation Workflow Management: Accept and record new valuation requests, book property inspections, and make sure all documents are accurate and correctly organised.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule property inspections, plan valuers' calendars for efficiency, and work with clients and valuers to keep things running smoothly.
- Customer Service & Communication: Be the main contact for clients, answering questions, giving updates, solving or reporting issues, and managing daily calls and emails to provide great customer service.
Your Profile
This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in fast-paced environments, can balance multiple priorities and is not afraid to pick up the phone.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in office administration or customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality or call centre.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with great attention to detail and data accuracy. Including medium to fast typing capability.
- A willingness to learn and the right attitude.
- Problem-solving and common-sense skills with the initiative to address challenges effectively.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced settings, with the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
- A valid visa that allows 12-months working within one business.
