**About Us**:
At Winrani Pools, we specialize in designing and building stunning, custom concrete pools for clients all over Greater Sydney. We're looking for a team player who shares our commitment to quality.

**Position Overview**:
As our Project Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring projects are executed seamlessly from start to finish. Working closely with clients, designers, and construction teams, you’ll oversee timelines, key reports, critical communication and quality standards while maintaining our reputation for excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with our Project Manager through all aspects of pool construction projects, from initial planning to completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure project specifications are met.
- Maintain detailed records of project progress, budgets, and any changes.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential project challenges.
- Execute the work flow driven from our CRM

**What We're Looking For**:

- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in project coordination, preferably in construction or luxury design industries.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Detail-Oriented: Keen eye for quality and precision, ensuring every project meets our high standards.
- Client-Focused: Ability to manage client expectations with professionalism and empathy.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to coordinate across various teams and stakeholders.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- project coordination: 3 years (preferred)
