The Customer Service & Event/Marketing Co-ordinator role requires an all-rounder, pivoting between all three disciplines.

**CUSTOMER SERVICE**
- Handle all initial enquiries for ecommerce, venue, and distillery.
- Monitor ecommerce orders, returns, and damaged stock.
- Backup support when necessary with warehouse manager processing online store orders & wholesale key accounts orders through software systems.
- Face-to-face cellar door customer sales (midweek) when venue staff not rostered.
- Build quotes for functions with the venue manager.

**MARKETING SUPPORT**
- Assist Brand Manager with production of marketing material for venue and event.
- Monitor and respond to social media comments.
- Manage online store merchandise with ordering, stock-takes, and maintaining stock levels in the POS system.

**EVENT CO-ORDINATOR**
- Co-ordinate all aspects of events including logistics, staffing levels, preparation of event collateral, and event delivery.
- Liaising with relevant internal departments and suppliers to communicate event requirements.
- Post events follow-up and budget preparation.

**OFFICE ADMIN**
- Organise company events to maintain team building
- Maintain standards of cleanliness in offices and encourage all staff to do so.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- Preparing minutes, presentations, and reports when required for team meetings

**KEY SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Minimum 3 years experience in admin/customer service. Event operation experience an advantage.
- Organised, adaptable & able to juggle - competency in working on multiple software programs and projects with competing priorities, so you need to be comfortable with chopping and changing while still delivering and being reliable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must have an eye for detail and know how to complete tasks in their entirety.
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office - in particular; Excel, Word, and Outlook. Able to learn new platforms quickly.
- Completed studies in events management or practical events management experience will be highly regarded.
- Strong team player with a positive fun outlook, taking responsibility for what it is you do. Roll up your sleeves and pitch in when needed even when not part of your core role. Initiative & problem solving are highly valued.
