As our **Network Planning Manager**, you’ll be the GPS behind our growth strategy. Using **analysis, data science, and killer storytelling**, you’ll guide where and how we grow - balancing market share, profitability, and customer access.

This isn’t just another analytics job. It’s about taking **big data, bold ideas, and business insight** and turning them into **real-world outcomes** across Australia’s leading hardware network.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across transformation, finance, and operations - delivering data-driven recommendations that support commercial success and community impact.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **State-Level Planning**: Develop and maintain strategic network plans for each state, tailored to local market conditions.
- **National Strategy Integration**: Consolidate state-level insights into a cohesive national network plan aligned with business objectives.
- **Opportunity Analysis**: Identify expansion, optimisation, and transformation opportunities across our retail footprint using spatial and market data.
- **Business Case Support**: Provide data modelling and scenario analysis to support robust investment cases and executive decision-making.
- **Asset & Dashboard Development**: Build and refine dashboards, reports, and predictive models to support strategic initiatives.
- **Methodology Enhancement**: Contribute to the continuous improvement of spatial analysis processes, tools, and methodologies.

**What You Will Bring**:

- **Expertise in spatial analytics tools** (e.g. ArcGIS, QGIS) and **data science languages** such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Strong experience in **data visualisation and storytelling** using platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
- Proven ability to develop and interpret predictive models, clustering analysis, and scenario simulations.
- Exposure to **retail, FMCG, or supply chain environments** (preferred but not essential).
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with a strong commercial focus and attention to detail.
