Billing Analyst

Access Telehealth is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for a **Senior Billing Analyst** to join our Access Aged Care division. This role is vital in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across our billing operations, directly supporting the care of Australia’s regional and ageing population.

**What you’ll do**
- Manage billing for aged care resident medical consults
- Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines and industry standards
- Track and manage outstanding consults, including liaising with GPs and Specialists
- Investigate and resolve customer billing queries
- Maintain accurate billing documentation and records
- Audit data for accuracy and compliance
- Drive process redesign and improvement as the business grows

**What we’re looking for**
- Minimum 3 year's experience in billing, finance, or healthcare administration
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Microsoft Access will be highly regarded
- Confidence working with Helix and other platforms (including our in-house systems)
- A natural problem solver with a curious, investigative mindset
- Excellent communication skills for working with doctors, specialists, and internal stakeholders
- Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of outcomes
