**About YOU**:
We are looking for a professional with great interpersonal skills who can handle multiple priorities to join their close knit, collaborative Employee Relations and Payroll team team.
**Duties include but are not limited to**:
- Administration support to ER which will include recruitment and the ER Induction session for new employees
- Registration of employees’ training and staff education courses
- Maintenance of employee information, including data entry and filing
- Work closely with Manager ER/ Payroll to improve data capture
- Prepare dates and reminders report, including probationary reviews, incremental progression review, and staff birthday list on a monthly basis
- Prepare successful probation letters
- Preparation and distribution of ER/Payroll disposition sheet
- Meeting room and catering booking
- Filing, scanning, photocopying, mailing and distribution of documents.
- Facilitate the annual influenza vaccination program
- Minute taker at WHS Committee meetings
**To be successful you will have**:
- **The ability to commence in this role March 6th, no notice periods please**:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Employee Relations Administration role
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Confident with technology and CRM systems, numerical and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information
- Ability to display resilience and work under pressure ensuring strict deadlines are met
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**:
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements
