We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who is self-motivated and enthusiastic.
The role provides administrative support to ensure the effective & smooth running of the day to day operation and maintaining daily routine. Duties will include recording data and reporting and assisting to directors.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Reception and Office Maintenance
- Assisting day to day Business Operating
- Assisting order processing and communicating with suppliers
- Preparing and filing forms and other documents
- Assist with recruitment and on boarding processes
- Take inventory and order office supplies as needed
- Assisting Payroll and Book keeping
- Preparing and Reporting Daily, Weekly and monthly statements
- Office Petty Cash Management
- Supporting Office Event : social events, catering for internal and external meeting
- Liaise with cleaners, builders, electrical contractors, building / property manager with regards to office / store maintenance
- Accept ad hoc duties and facilitate change as directed by Director or Manager
**For this role you would be required to have**:
- Administration or Customer service experience will be advantage
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially excel
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Well presented and professional
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent time management and organization skill

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
