THE ATTICISM IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A JUNIOR TO JOIN THEIR TEAM This is an entry level role and experience is not required, but a desire to learn, an energetic approach and a strong worth ethic is essential.
We are based in Waterloo and you will be required to work in office initially, but with the flexibility for some WFH days as your experience progresses.
Our junior role sits within the wider Accounts Team and acts as the day-to-day support person for the Account Managers (AMs) and when required, the Senior Account Manager (SAM). The junior will report directly to the AMs, who in turn work closely with the SAM.
The AC is responsible for supporting the AMs across all agency clients and can work across hospitality, lifestyle, travel, retail, business, and tech industries. The AC provides full account coordination support across a range of tasks including; general administration, research, content creation, media monitoring, reporting, outreach tracking, along with any and every other duty needed to ensure AM’s can deliver results for their clients.

YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO:
*
Attend weekly AM Team Meetings, following the agenda exactly and preparing accordingly,
*
Assist with the day-to-day activities on client accounts and follows all AM and SAM instructions,
*
Have a desire and energetic approach to offer creative ideas to the AM if asked to contribute to brainstorms and strategy meetings (internal),
*
Collate social media clippings and generates monthly reports as advised and approved by the AMs,
- 5. Provide daily updates to the AM on their work status and flags any potential issues immediately,

Participate in brainstorms for client proposals and strategies, always thinking of ways to improve client management,
*
Prioritise and manages deadlines and seeks out the AM ahead of time,
*
Produce high quality work and work that reflects the expertise and creativity of The Atticism and always have this work approved by the AM before sending to the client and/or media,
*
Daily scanning of media sites, publications, newsletters, and relevant industry news portals, updating your AM on findings relevant to the agency and/or clients,
*
Work with the AM to maintain and update media, suppliers and partners lists to ensure the agency is operating efficiently and effectively,
*
Engage in the channels that matter most to your clients, and ensure you constantly share this intel with your AM to help secure relevant opportunities,
*
Go over and above to ensure that the AM is supported in their role,
*
Show tenacity and determination - always looking for ways to achieve client’s and/or agency goals,
*
Continually look for new ways to expand and solidify your network of contacts - events, face to face meetings, networking events, etc.
*
Use company targets as a firm, hard rule and works to exceed them,
*
Stays in tune with market trends and new industry methods to ensure we are ahead of the game,
*
Ensure the Founder’s vision is held true, never diluted, and always communicated,
*
Safeguard the Founder’s reputation.
