**You will be responsible for**:

- Assisting the in-house recruitment Team in employee engagement initiatives.
- Support HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Interpret and provide advice on employee relations and industrial
relations matters to supervisory and management team
- Help create a vibrant workplace culture through training and development programs.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns

**Essential Qualifications & Experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, law or business-related discipline.
- Experience working in a similar generalist HR role for a minimum 2
years or Graduate level with relevant work experience in the facilities management, labour hire, security, aviation security, or cleaning industries.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Good understanding of Awards and general Industrial Relations issues with a proven ability to interpret legislation, together with policies and procedures.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
